RAW CACAO CHIA ENERGY BALL

Ingredients:

2 cups pitted dates

1/2 cup organic raw unsweetened cacao powder

1/3 cup Black chia seeds

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup raw slivered almonds

Method:

  • Place dates in food processor bowl and puree it until thick paste forms. Add remaining ingredients and pulse them until almonds are finely chopped and all ingredients are combined.

  • Put combined mixture in large bowl. Grease palms with ghee or coconut oil. Scoop the mixture by heaping table spoons, then roll between your hands to form balls.

  • Keep all balls in the fridge in airtight container and enjoy.
