Toasted muesli Recipe
For dry mixture
4 cup organic rolled oats
1 cup organic pumpkin seeds
1 cup organic sunflower seeds
½ cup organic chopped almond
½ cup organic chopped walnut
½ cup organic shredded coconut
½ cup organic sesame seeds
For Wet mixture
1 cup pitted & soaked dates
2 medium ripe banana
¼ cup organic virgin coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Preheat oven to 120o C. Line a large baking dish with baking paper
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl
Put all the wet mixture ingredients in a food processor bowl and blend them to make fine paste
Pour wet mixture over dry mixture. Mix them well.
Spread mixture evenly over prepared baking dish. Bake for 1 ½ hour, stirring every 30 minutes, or until golden and toasted.
Set aside to cool completely before storing it into an airtight container.
Enjoy it with plain yoghurt and fresh fruit for breakfast
