Toasted muesli Recipe


For dry mixture

  • 4 cup organic rolled oats

  • 1 cup organic pumpkin seeds

  • 1 cup organic sunflower seeds

  • ½ cup organic chopped almond

  • ½ cup organic chopped walnut

  • ½ cup organic shredded coconut

  • ½ cup organic sesame seeds

For Wet mixture

  • 1 cup pitted & soaked dates

  • 2 medium ripe banana

  • ¼ cup organic virgin coconut oil

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder


  • Preheat oven to 120o C. Line a large baking dish with baking paper

  • Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl

  • Put all the wet mixture ingredients in a food processor bowl and blend them to make fine paste

  • Pour wet mixture over dry mixture. Mix them well.

  • Spread mixture evenly over prepared baking dish. Bake for 1 ½ hour, stirring every 30 minutes, or until golden and toasted.

  • Set aside to cool completely before storing it into an airtight container.

Enjoy it with plain yoghurt and fresh fruit for breakfast
